Anulom Vilom Prayanam, 4. Bharamvree Prayanam, all together for at least 30 minutes. It will highly increase your lungs / respiratory systems capacity. Will increase your body immunity level and circulates oxygen in your body.

Never take any medicines yourself without asking to your doctor, any medicines you take your self can change Swine Flu DNA and this will become difficulty in treatment if you have Swine Flu H1N1 influenza. At this time cover your mouth with mask or handkerchief, avoid going to crowded place because at this time your immunity levels become lower.
