Swine Flu H1N1 Precaution 30. :- If you are sick, felling cold, having fever, having cough, headache with cough, sneezing, then don’t go to office, duty, schools and colleges. Also keep less contact with your family members and keep covering your nose and mouth with tissue or handkerchief till you are cure from cold and fever.

Swine Flu H1N1 Precaution 31. :- Never take any medicines without asking to your doctor see point no. 29.

Swine Flu H1N1 Precaution 32. :- Computer users should wash their hands with soap before and after using computers, and during the use of computer never touch your nose or mouth. If you are sneezing and doing cough during the use than again wash your hand and use computer.

Swine Flu H1N1 Precaution 33. :- It will be better that avoid using others computers, and don’t let use your personal computer to anybody else.

Swine Flu H1N1 Precaution 34. :- Call centre computer users should not use common head phones and microphone, it will be better if you purchase your own head phone and microphone system and keep it with yourself for your use.

Swine Flu H1N1 Precaution 35. :- Call centre computer users should follow point no. 33,33 and 34 very strictly.

Swine Flu H1N1 Precaution 36. :- Avoid using common telephone system and mobile phones, because 99% user’s mouth droplets comes out of mouth and this can be a easier way of virus transferring. Don’t give your mobile phone to anybody for use.

Swine Flu H1N1 Precaution 37. :-  Avoid taking Tea at Tappri (small Tea shops), Thela, and at Dhaba, because they use to wash glasses or cups in a single tub, without using detergent or soap it is very much unhygienic.

Swine Flu H1N1 Precaution 38. :- If circumstances comes to take Tea at Tappri, Thela (Small Tea Shops), or Dhaba than be sure to use “Use and Throw glasses/cups” or soil cups.

Swine Flu H1N1 Precaution 39. :- Don’t send children to schools if they are having cold, or fever.

Swine Flu H1N1 Precaution 40. :- Stay home if you are sick, to avoid affecting others.
