Swine Flu H1N1 Precaution 13. :- Always carry tissue, tissue paper, or handkerchief.

Swine Flu H1N1 Precaution 14. :- After the use of handkerchief as a mask or while sneezing or coughing wash it or change it after every 3 Hours, wash it with ‘Dettol’ and soap or use alcohol based hand cleaner for washing, if available, but ‘Dettol’ and soap is enough .

Swine Flu H1N1 Precaution 15. :- If you are using tissue or tissue paper, don’t reuse it, and change it after every 30 minutes.

Swine Flu H1N1 Precaution 16. :- Influenza spreads between humans through coughing or sneezing and people touching something with the virus on it and then touching their own nose or mouth so aware of this.

Swine Flu H1N1 Precaution 17. :- Swine flu cannot be spread by cooked pork H1N1 Influenza Virusproducts, since the virus is not transmitted through food, but don’t use common or unhygienic dishes, glasses, or cups for eating or drinking. 

Swine Flu H1N1 Precaution 18. :- When you come home from outside, always remember to wash four Face, Palms, Legs with soap and use ‘Dettol + water’ after that.

Swine Flu H1N1 Precaution 19. :- Stay away from unwanted large gathering, unwanted travelling and going to public places.

Swine Flu H1N1 Precaution 20. :- Avoid touching and itching your eyes, nose or mouth. Germs spread this way.

Swine Flu H1N1 Precaution 21. :- Try to avoid close contact with people those who are sick, having cold, fever etc.
