Swine Flu H1N1 Precaution 4. :- Wash your hands immediately after coughing or sneezing with soap, before touching anything else.

Swine Flu H1N1 Precaution 5. :- Stay away or keep distance from your pet animals.

Swine Flu H1N1 Precaution 6. :- Keep away from others as much as possible if you are ill, sick, having cough, having cold, fever etc.

Swine Flu H1N1 Precaution 7. :- Stay at home for at least 3 days, after your fever has gone. Because your immune system becomes lower.

Swine Flu H1N1 Precaution 8. :- Keep surfaces/objects like door handles, remote control, handkerchiefs very much clean and hygiene. Don’t touch these things after coughing or sneezing, first wash your hand with soap.

Swine Flu H1N1 Precaution 9. :- Drink more water, fruit juices etc. but in hygienically cleaned or washed glasses or cups. Drink at least 8 to10 glasses of water each day to flush toxins from your system and maintain good moisture and mucous production in your sinuses.H1N1 Image

Swine Flu H1N1 Precaution 10. :- Don’t use common Glasses or Cups for drinking water, juices, or tea etc. keep your separate glass or cup at your office or at your work place, and keep it clean too.

Swine Flu H1N1 Precaution 11. :- Swine flu viruses are not known to be spread by eating food items. Influenza viruses are spread through inhalation or through touching contaminated surfaces and then touching the mouth, nose, or eyes.

Swine Flu H1N1 Precaution 12. :-Wear a Facemask, if not available at you, than at least tie handkerchief as a face mask, while going outside of home or at public places.
